Beautiful light yellow colour with fresh tropical fruit flavours of litchi and apricot, enhanced by a hint of Muscat. Alluring freshness of tropical fruit, Muscat and honey, with a fresh taste of fruit and exotic spice.

LITTLE CAPE Sauvignon Blanc

WINEMAKER’S COMMENT:
Tempering the herbaceous and grassy qualities while highlighting the mineral backbone of this Sauvignon Blanc was our goal. Focusing on the finish was paramount with this Sauvignon Blanc to allow a more subtle, inviting and elegant taste memory. This wine’s structure supports a clean palate of grapefruit and fresh gooseberries. Bright bracing acidity frames traditional fresh
green citrus flavours.

LITTLE CAPE Chardonnay

WINEMAKER’S COMMENT:
A slow fermentation with lots of lees activity enhances the development of typical citric and yellow apple flavors of Chardonnay.

Juicy, jammy high-toned Cabernet Sauvignon. Red stone fruit and cassis framed in soft tannins. A Cabernet crafted for pleasure.
